You can write name of any city no matter where you land after getting PR (You can land in any City). You need not to paste Photo there.

Recently I don't find any Doctor who get medical request from VO, I don't why ? Is there anyone who send documents to VO on February or March 2010 received medical request? Please share with us.

Today one of my friend returned from Canada. He stayed there for 10 days, it was his plan. He told me if you want to sacrifice your profession then it fine to go to Canada otherwise it very hard for Doctors. So he will take preparation later on move to Canada.
