I had the same issue my husband called and checked the first name and the last name and the funny things they didn't put as how we wrote it in the application so I sued that and it worked . Just checke the info that you are putting is the same they put it in there system

Me too it's giving me the same massage I want to know how the others link it with blank space?

Hey guys I'm having an issue with linking the account I tired all the spreadsheet linking instructions nothing worked when I leave something blank it doesn't process to the next step it highlights all the blank spaces even tho I pressed the space key one time as it says but still no luck !
