visas are always priority nd processed faster compared to PR(health,visitors,student,work visas) So they wud green signal first in case of traffic jams like this then PRs wud get the green signal

student visa was priority for ndvo/colombo compared to PR Sept to Nov things wud be faster-since they wont have any student visas to process

not sure where wud i go since am in US now but its reduced my anxiety of canada PR by 90% i dont care as much if i get it or not or when i get it
