    I sent in nov. and med. reachead ottawa 29 nov. and paid the rprf and my ecas is still in process nor file transfer...hope to hear from themsoon

    well there are no legal troubles though some employers think that they have to go through lmo process because of the inappropriate knowledge and secondly if he refuses then you have to start from the scratch again to get 6 months exp. may this help u....
