Hi KaZRa... Both the sponsored spouse his or her dependent who is over 18 yrs of age has to complete IMM 5406. If you are the sponsored spouse, you have to complete IMM 5406. If you have 2 or 3 dependents who are over 18 yrs of age then EACH of them has to complete IMM 5406 too whether or not...
