At least for me the UCI number worked with the Sponsor's name and info, and the Application Number worked with the Principal Applican't name and info, but not the other way around. Have you tried logging in to the ECAS in both ways?

When would you expect to see "Medical Received"? They received my (principal applicant) application on June 6, started processing the sponsor's application on June 22 and sent the AOR1 June 23, and my ECAS don't show the medical confirmation yet. Thanks everyone!

By application process I meant gathering the application package (you know, no sleepless nights thinking about question number 728 or refreshing canadavisa for hopefully fast answers). Like I said before, I don't think having a lawyer speeds the process once it's up to CIC.

I would send everything that might help your case. It's better to send too much than too little. Just explain in the application what you are sending.

I didn't send any receipts but I did send a bank statement from a mutual bank account. Something showing mutual finance management can make the application stronger, but on the other hand, if your case is pretty straight forward those documents might as well be useless, like was told to kbrar2727.
