thanks Another thing; My ecas is IN PROCESS but NOT showing "Medicals received" even though I did medicals more than one month ago. Should I contact the hospital that did the medicals? Or does it happen often that they don't update about Medicals on ECAS.

Thanks Nitroxn. My bank confirmed today that the RPRF draft has been encashed. Will NDVO send the RPRF receipt before it sends my stamped passport?

Is there anyway to know/enquire from NDVO if they received my Passport, RPR fee and PCC? I sent everything by courier about 3 weeks ago.

Looking at ND spreadsheet, I noticed quite a few people who submitted all their docs and some even RPRF encashed two months ago, have not got a decision yet. Any guesses why?

If you ever lived in the US for more than 6 months continuously after age 18, you need a police clearance from US which is the FBI certificate.

Thanks. I rechecked the FBI website and current processing times are upto 6 weeks. I think they expedited things in 2011. Also a US state PCC is only required if requested by the Visa office. It is not requested of everyone.

About FBI certificate; I have another 30 days to submit the FBI certificate to ND visa office along with my Passport, medicals, RPRF , PCC . The rest is all in time but I am worried about FBI certificate , if it is delayed , what are my options? THanks.

Hello, Need advice on PCC. I just received my new passport. And I have about 35 days to submit PCC to New Delhi VO. If I apply tomorrow, when can I expect to get my PCC from local area SHO in Delhi? Or will it be faster with Passport office in Delhi? thanks

What I meant was from the day you applied to the local SHO ----->to the file going places ------> the Constable coming to your house for verification------> and then you going to collect it. HOW many days does the whole process take? thanks
