Medical done - 02 Aug 2011 for myself in Canada 12 Aug 2011 for dependents in The Phil ECAS status - started processing 15 Aug 2011

That is so interesting, I have seen some forums discussing about their addresses disappearing and reappearing in their ecas, I have never thought how significant it was until I read their forums thoroughly. Wow, my address wasn't in my ecas status, I didnt know since when it was missing... Good...

Yes, they will request for right of residence fee at the time they give you AOR. In my case I sent the payment right away together with the application fee. I got my AOR last March 04, 2011 and got my Med request July 21.
