@ PakStud: You still need to fax them that you have made a mistake in your application. Describe that you have checked the wrong option and write that instead of chcking 'yes' for 'e' you should have chckd 'no' and chckd 'yes' for option 'f'. Hope this helps..

Hey raj! they dont ask for your parents/sponsors passport. You can read the requirements at the cic website dude. They are pretty much clear!
