Ya..I got it from CID branch, Mumbai last year...near VT station. You need to fill-up on-line form and take an appointment before going there with the documents.

Hello Friends, I guess people are getting MRs from NDVO without getting 2nd line added in ECAS. For example, I have been following PROCESSING STARTED column in the SS and have found out 20th, 21st and 22nd May applicants directly updating their MRs without updating in the PROCESSING STARTED...
