Dear Parag, my application reached cic at 26 th sep, NOC same as you, I hv send an enquiry at 23 rd nov,wating response from CIC. It's very difficult now to say whether we are in cap or not but always hope for the best. My opinion, you might be in the cap.We have to wait more two weeks to know...
