That's good, you will rcv a letter from them with your 4 digit pin. if the service canada is closer at your place just send it to them.. remember ROE must original copy that your going to send.. :) and those 4 digit pin is your access code everytime you do a report and you can do it the...

If your SIN are expired you can't be able to create an account online in service canada website, the best thing you can do is go to the service canada office.
