Hi spartans, File number does not mean the application passed PER requirement...Once ur DD or cc is charged ...take it for granted (at least as of FSW 2013) that u got PER....just 1-2 days here and there when compared to others... thanks,

But CIC is giving some other date of encashment, 24 July 2013. It might be the day when they have actually presented the DD in bank...but according to my bank it got encashed on July 31st. My applied bank was Bank of Nova Scotia...but I had a very bitter experience when i made swift trasnfer...
