Passport LOST by LCO Delhi We received the Visa today. However, we had submitted 2 passports for my mom, one current & one expired, and Delhi LVO only returned the current passport. We need the expired passport as it has valid Visas on it. Has anyone on this forum had the same issue. Thanks Atul

How do I order CAPS Notes and how long does it take to get it? I sponsored my in-laws and they did their medical in Dec 2011 , I would like to know what is happening with their file. Thanks Atul

That's right. I think I used followiing three documents Cancelled Indian passort OCI card Marriage Certificate Not sure but the "Record of Landing" might also have parents detials on it

I have used my old Indian passport to show the relation.

Passport returned without Visa :( Delhi LVO has asked for new PCC, the earlier one was done in Dec 2011. The medical expire on Dec 22nd...... Does anyone know if they will extend the medical if the Visa is not issues by Dec 22nd?? or will we have to do new medical. Atul

I faxed it, I also spoke to CIC call center here and they said that once they receive the fax in Mississauga, they inform Delhi office . It usually takes anywhere between 1 to 5 weeks. My in-laws medical expire on Dec 22nd, I hope we get Visa before that. As suggested, i will also mail it to...

I am in the same boat, how did you inform CIC that landing fee was paid?? Did you email them....bcos I just found out this week that emails were not accepted anymore and that we had to fax or mail the copy of payment receipt
