i think you have to be proactive now. Well, if your medical officer can perform your medical on the same form and give remarks on the form about the mistake you should do this, i think it will work. Meanwhile, you must inform your local visa office and have instruction from them. MH

Hi Well, it depend on the importance of these duties. I mean 9-10 important duties are enough. But, keep in mind, you must be able to elaborate these duties, if an interview is sceduled for you. MH

HI. Applicants sometime don't write all duties due to less space on the form. Even, they don't attach an extra sheet to disclose all duties. So, proper disclosur means, disclose all duties on the form and if space on the form is not adequate, please attach extra sheet. Hope this will clarify...

Hi Whatever is sent to CHC is considered complete/final documentation. You never know they will ask you to provide proof of balance funds. However, thay may give their decision based on " having insufficient funds'. So, send 100% proof of funds. MH

Hi Reference letters are not required to CIO, NS. So, don't worry about that. What matter is "Proper Disclosure of Your Job Duties" on form Schedule 3 Economic Classes FSW or attach separate sheet if you find less space on the form. MH

Hi Well, if you staple each complete form(s) of you & your dependant (s), and other copies (Passport+mailing lables etc) separately.... would help IO. Leaving papers free may cause some disturbance to IO. So, better staple, but wisely. MH

hI. CIO, NS does not calculate points or have concern about points. What they do is "verfiy NOC and Duties" and "completion of forms". There is no harm and OP can make amendment at the time of submitting full docs to local visa office, while explaining the situation. MH
