Well guys, It is good to hear LVO has started, but I keep on wondering as to what in the world is preventing NDVO to provide Jack Dawson , DD2211 & me the MR's. It has become a insufferable pain and a source of acute mental discomfort. I hope we will be issued our MR's at least in this week.

It would be more appropriate to get the PCC once you get the MR letter / intimation. (acquiring a PCC is not difficult if you visit a passport seva kendra and you will get it on the same day.) :)
