Sorry, I didn't explain my situation clearly. I applied the TRV, and when approved the officer just gave me a call and asked me to submit the passport. The TRV is stamped on my passport. There are some numbers on the visa, I didn't know if anyone is the UCI. Anyway, I emailed the CIC about this...

I applied canada visitor visa outside of Canada in Feb 2013. I didn't get any official document from CIC. Do I have a client ID?

It takes Service Canada 4.5 months to find out that....it's really inefficient....

My LMO is being processed in Ontario, Toronto office. By looking at the CIC Singapore website, a Canada Visa Application Center(CVAC) just opened last week. And the website suggests us either apply visa online or through CVAC. Paper submission to CIC directly is even slower.... Really don't...
