My counselor was sapna ma'am and she left her job from january and yes they ask me to apply for the caips notes. But now i m going to apply through CANAM because they r ICCRC authorised.

Yes these 20 days extra taken by bank to cash my cheque it means total process of fees refunding is 60-70 days

I Applied for Refund on 19 december and got refund money cheque on 4 febuary Means near about 45 days.

dont worry I was also refused from mohawk college in January intake. I also got my cheque back in First attempt while refunding but they asking for a type of transection Id . and my Bank provide in second time and i get refund of my money within 20 days
