Yes, I did. I sent last Monday. I don't know, hope so. But never heard that they update COPR. one guy yesterday told me, that he got his visa and COPR within 10 days, other guy told me 11 weeks! so we are in the same boat.

My wife did 3 times flight more than 12 hours during first 3 months of her pregnancy, depend on her, is she really freaking of flight or not. if not then up to 30 weeks no problem.

No, you don't need for Canada. If they need they will request you. Check your letter they will inform you which countries they might be need. if you lived in other countries more than 6 months too.

I am asking regarding my friend. He sent his document last May 2015, and her wife got approval July 1st. then application was sent to Ankara, and Ankara start to work on it August. They were ask him for interview in Dec, However then they sent him email regarding Cancellation of interview...
