Hi there... Yes I have similar timeline and appeal out Vancouver office. They received my appeal September 17th 2014 and the 1st of May I received a phone call for ADR date and confirmation then last week received same in the mail. My date ADR date is set for July 29th 2:30 pm. God willing...

Yes my case is pretty simple, the officer didn't believe the marriage was genuine.... Went on and on about me being 7 years older then my hubby.

Well I sure pray that it ends with ADR I just had to res exile my trip to Dubai and pay fee because I would have been there during the time of ADR.... And God help me if they change their mind at last minute, and decide on full appeal. I will be mighty ticked. Anyways I will pray for the best...

I am in the same boat.... Received Blue Book 4 months ago and still no notice as to an ADR/Appeal date. But they don't care it's just our lives they mess with. Nothing about this process is very ethical or humane from what I'm seeing and reading. Couples who survive this torture will last...

Sorry to be such a bother. But I have another question, how long does it usually take to be notified of an ADR/Appeal date after receiving blue book? It has been almost 4 months, and I am working with Vancouver office, but ARR/Appeal will be in Calgary. Thank you

Thank you Wintersnow .... Guess I better get started on copies lol... That will be one huge pile of paper!!! Also went to Dubai to see hubby in February and have all the evidence, pictures etc. Going back again July 15th. Have purchased ticket already... Gets expensive so have to do this appeal...
