Its not the primary factor ,but it can make you explain your case well, I mean the reason why you got so many backlogs or why you want to study there. Mention your strong points well and be frank . You will do fine.

My dear , Apply for the visa and keep a strong SOP. Always it depends on the luck , even scholarship guys may or may not get the visa. So there is risk involved for everyone, its your choice if you want Canada or not. Maybe your agency is partly right, I am not sure. If you really need to...

All The Best :) It takes only 5 working days. Its already late. Contact them immediately. SOP is not a must , but its good if you keep it, make sure its a good one and truthful.

Ma'am Apply at the earliest . Keep all other papers ready. GIC people are big time idiots , they delay things so much ..Keep calling them . It will take 5 working days for them issue your GIC. Delaying things is not good , but make sure you get everything ready .
