there will be no problem in getting PGWP, this is because your program was Co-op route that was why you were able to get the Co op visa. In your LOE explain these to the VO. but getting PGWP shouldnt be that hard in this case. Anyways what province are you from?

People from africa is usually one week. dont know where u from tho so it depends on your location aswell.

$3000 is way too small for funds available for your stay. You should have more if your program is a one year duration. Usually i advice people to calculate $400-500 per month and multiply within a duration of study duration. This makes sense to visa officers.

If u applied online on June 22 and havent gotten any response know that you have passed the first stage coz it takes visa officers normally 2-4 weeks to reject easily]
