It is already in the check list for PNP's PR application. You have to send, if you are applying from within Canada. Because you have lived in Canada.

I don't think so Jessica_chen. Because they are solving required documents query of November applicants and usually after solving these queries only they put IP for any applicant. So our turn will be in June month to get IP.. Also there are much more number of PNP applicants in Oct-Nov from...
