Yeh he applied from Pakistan.My brother has consulted a lawyer in Canada hez gonna get refusal comments of the officer from Ottawa and then see what can happen.But i just wanted to know dat do people get visa on Re-applying if dey prepare a justification and can u change ur course and then re-apply?

It takes 6 months from Pakistan if u apply and my time has been wasted already so i cant wait for further 6 months.I showed all the properties in Pakistan and Bank statements from there too.Its hard for me to apply from Pakistan.Dont students get visa if they apply from other country like middle...
