Yes U r true..they are slow but in your case not.. U have applied on FEB-11 as per your time line.. So wait for 5-6 months i.e. july/aug for In Process sir.. people applied last oct-nov still in process... Just keep patience ... all the best

Thanks for reply Soby By d way now Empost is replaced by the BLS services...and they are saying 40 days for PCC.... But as per Dubaiite information it takes 10-15 days....lets hope for the best..
