Re: @ St Clair-RQ-Preliminary review completed, referred to level 2 decision maker
Congrats...hopefully I will be getting an update in the next week or so.
Re: @ St Clair-RQ-Preliminary review completed, referred to level 2 decision maker
Hi LW...based on your updates...have you received you oath letter/date? If so, did you ecas update?
Re: @ St Clair-RQ-Preliminary review completed, referred to level 2 decision maker
My original office is Mississauga and it has been a little over 2 weeks now. I am not sure if they will change my office seeing that I moved to Toronto.
Re: @ St Clair-RQ-Preliminary review completed, referred to level 2 decision maker
They will tell you that you should wait for up to 6 months to receive your decision in the mail.
Re: @ St Clair-RQ-Preliminary review completed, referred to level 2 decision maker
Here is a link from the CIC website that explicitly states that DM could be either of 2 things. While I am optimistic as you...we need to be careful not to give people the wrong information...
Re: @ St Clair-RQ-Preliminary review completed, referred to level 2 decision maker
I am not sure if that DM statement is accurate...I think DM can be either negative or positive.
Re: @ St Clair-RQ-Preliminary review completed, referred to level 2 decision maker
@longwaiting... any news on your part?
Also I thing the sheet needs to be updated.
Thanks
Sorry to hear Watu...I hope things work out very soon, I have faith that it will. I also dont know what DM is...this could be good/bad since I'm short 48 days...but God's willing I will be getting an oath letter soon :)
Re: @ St Clair-RQ-Preliminary review completed, referred to level 2 decision maker
So I checked on Sunday and ecas was updated to DM...not sure when exactly it changed because I got tired of checking everyday...Let's see how long before I get an invitation (if the decision was favorable :) )
I think I am short 48 days due to travelling plus I was miss informed about credit given for the pre PR years (apparently they only go 2 years back). Well best of luck...I will keep you posted!
Has anyone file transferred to Montreal CEN after being "referred to level 2 decision maker"? Just curious to know why and what's the experienced turn-around time
Thanks
Re: @ St Clair-RQ-Preliminary review completed, referred to level 2 decision maker
Got my ATIP today...no major updates except on June 8th 2015 -my file has been transferred to Montreal CEN for RQ review and analysis.
The only additional thing I noticed was GCMS Information Case type: CSIS...
