yup POF r needed during initial submition ....... @@@COOLGUY it has been such a long time when u have applied...just wanna knw for POF u have to keep the funds till ur app is processed?? or till they accept ur app.. i mean did u withdraw tht money after ur app got accepted???

N notary shud be done in Dubai only???? Or india is also fine as i have few docs tht i have done notary in india ...now shall i do the notary again in Dubai???

@coolguy now i am confused!!! is it compulsion to get university envelope sealed??? as we r in dubai n it is not possible to send it back india to get it sealed..... r u sure only notary is enough?????? n notary shud be done on copies right???? n if yes then do we need to do notary on all...
