No advantage at all. There are some disadvantages, like-monetary loss,delay in submission of application as well as for the whole process, no initiative will be taken by themselves, always have to give reminder to do something, etc. etc. etc...... Better try yourself, self help is the best help...

Hi PankajK, Do not use stapler pin. Sometimes it creates problem. Better use james clip to set them accordingly and place them as per checklist in the envelope. Thanks and regards.
