@DanielEcu ... the email you are referring from CIC was for? I am a bit confused as we submit Applications to VFS and should not all the communication has to come via VFS or it comes via CIC?

Can a 'Paper Based Application' submitted by VFS could be tracked via CIC Website? When i submitted Application via VFS, they have just provided me with Tracking Number and not the Visa Application Number.
