Hi, i am Ezaz. Planning to apply for Quebec. But seems for eligibility need to give IELTS as well as TEF. Plz let me know if i am wrong. I'hv given IELTS (scored overall 7) but didn't give TEF coz i'm very good at French language. By the way, in 2004 i studied (3 months) French in Allianz...
