LVO ND states that for an initial review the timeline is about 9 months after they receive the file which means that for your case it should be sometimes before feb 2013, way too early to be getting worried.

busy without work i guess, if you have 10,000 files and a 6,000 quota there is no reason to sit on your ass and look at files.

the question still remains as to why one of the busiest LVO is not able to give visas at a rate which is more in line with their quota.

Following the various timelines I see that LVO ND is not issuing any visas while other LVOs have already visas to some applicants. Based on the fact that ND has one of the highest backlog and quota shouldn't they be giving more visas. Not sure whats going on.

not true in my case, no dependents and it has been more than 4 months and no word from ND. But i did send the PCC along with the forms sent to CIC-Mississauga so not sure if they will just directly send me the medical request.

those timelines on their website are not a good estimate anymore. when they said they are working on files received early to mid 2008 they meant files that were transferred to new delhi in 2008 which we all know is not correct.

Great news Singhnx01!!! Congratulations on getting to the last hurdles. My file was transferred in april but no action since then, maybe because i sent PCC along with the other documents to Mississauga. Lets see if your predictions come true and i get a similar letter in October.

very similar to yours, send documents 4 weeks before you, got transferred to LVO ND 2 weeks after you and got the AOR two days after you.

i think free access to everyone should continue. these trouble makers will eventually stop once they know that their actions are not causing any harm to anyone. restoring the sheet is not a big problem by the owner but asking a few members to update for hundreds of members could be a lot to ask.
