yes i did applied in jan but got rejection...so have to put again...284 seats for NOC 3142 but m worried that 10,000 cap will reach by next 2-3 weeks.....but still i will try.....any comments?

as per my knowledge , please check whether your DD or payment is cashed in or not , if yes than you dnt need to worry..... but i guess you will be in .. since its two months since you have applied.

Hi wkg, may i know, under which NOC you applied ? ... and yes you can apply next year if you have NOC listed, your application is back due to CAP reached not because you are not qualified. if you have hire any agent then please ask him to follow up your case for next year.
