I think the ppr letter has indicated the ways for applicants outsidr canada. I don't remember the exact content but it seems ask for copies of passport along with the ppr letter and send to address given in the letter. You should read the letter carefully. Otherwise, you can call the customer...

I don't think so as long as your address is as per PPR letter says. Maybe you can call the courier you used to double check.

I heard 2-3 weeks for passport return. If 2-3 weeks just for approval and 1-2 for passport return. The total time frame is longer. It has been just 2 weeks and I am still waiting.

About this, from my lesson, I can tell you. They will not update your cic account until receiving this final document. Thhe only way for them to inform is by email from Ottawa. And it is a surprise because the email address is different from what you usually get from IRCC. No doubts my gmail...
