I submitted few original documents to ND VO at the time of interview and they returned it couple of weeks later along with the MR+PPR request letter. It was sent through registered post.

No I didn't get any call anytime. I was called for an interview while I was still in RBVO and was put IN PROCESS a week after my interview. My guess is anyone who hasn't got an MR is open for an interview call irrespective of whether he/she is in RBVO or IN PROCESS.

I assume the eye test that you are talking about was done by a different doctor and not the DMP. In that case you need not send those receipts. As a part of the Canadian immigration medical examination, the applicant is supposed to carry spectacles to the DMP at the time of medical examination...

Don't forget to attach the medical exam fees payment receipts and the original letters from CHC requesting PPR and PCC+RPRF+MR proof.
