Official holidays in December- 25th and 26th. so yes, they are working (but some may have taken vacation already to not to waste the annual vacations they get every year)

Hi pepe, FYI- i saw some PPR in december 2013 in PhD tracker. I dont know how it works but i would like to be optimistic that they issue PPR this month. :)

do they wait until the due date or they do open file before the due date? any guesses/info? i have an upcoming trip in second week of january. will it be possible to get passport back if they ask PPR in the last week of Dec.

Hi Pepe84, what time did you get your gcms notes yesterday? Mine is due today and i havent got it yet. any suggestions?

I gave attestation letter, enrollment letter and transcripts. Hope this helps.

CIO eligibility review is a preliminary one (that is what i understood from per email). They clearly mentioned that the VO (CPC-O) will do eligibility review once again and they will process it if the applicant gets 67 or above. Hope this clears the confusion.

No need to be scared. its from your home country. Not the RCMP one. RCMP one is called as "Canadian criminal record check".
