thx. I am thinking of requesting Access to Information Act to see what note sthe idiot put in to reject it and then re apply. At this point I think I should just apply for a visit visa, far less paper work. Any suggestions anyone?

I called CIC Call center to check for the status of the application. When choosing option 8 for visitor visa, Paper application & online applications after sept 15 , 2015 have not been yet processed and the wait time is 133 days. That probably explains the delay everyone is talking about. Now...

I did that for my parents. I created a CIC account for them and then applied for them just as if they would do their own application .
