    hi sis! welcome sa forum, ask ko lang kung mag ha hire ka pa ng agency to process your application kase kung hinde, NO NEED na for FORM 5474, so far ang idagdag mo nalang sa application mo is yung Work Permit Information form you can have it search sa google, likewise dont forget yung remittance...

    sis check mo yung post ni oxie, alam ko yun lang letter from CEM and passport mo with Visa stamped then ticket mo and yourself. no need ng mag PDOS kase hinde ka naman dumaan ng agency. Sana kame na sunod nila Chel at Kenj. :D All the best.

    thanks, nakaka excite naman, tama nga pareho kayo date ng approval ni sis oxie, kung manila kalang baka nung 24 mo din na received VISA mo, pero ang importante approved na sya, PRAISE GOD tlga! congratz po ulit. :D

    thanks sa reply sis bout my query, i remember sa previous post mo na supposedly last year pa kayo naka-pag apply daughter mo diba, kaya siguro mabilis din approval sa inyo, sabi kase ni GOD matagal din kayo naghintay. ako naman I feel so blessed kase july 2010 lang naka punta ng Canada si hubby...
