But when someone says his CLB is 7 and he does not speak specifically for Listening or Speaking etc individuall; does this mean he he is speakng he has scored average of CLB as 7 ? If so, then in my case I can say that my CLB level is (7+7+8+9)/4 = 7.75 . Am I getting correct ?
