    However does one lose PR status because of being stateless, I don't know. Probably not. As I am sure there are a few PRs that are stateless refugees in Canada. Yes, you lose your PR if you leave Ca, however you wont loose your refugee status,

    Well, bill c 24 was ASSENTED on 19th of June 2014, Chris Alexander mention that It will come into the force one year from now. But I wont be surprised if the date will change. Anyway I don't think it will be early then 19th/June/2015.

    I have been physical present since 2008, I became PR on dec 2013, I left Canada since 2008 only for 30 days, if you waited 3 years, I have waited 5years

    research-scientist, maybe is more smart for the government to figure it the reasons why they are getting citizenship and leave Canada, or cut medical etc. not blame everyone else.
