    Hello, You should call CIC. The "Decision Made" is for the Sponsor on Stage 1, he/she will received a letter ou email regarding the approval and the applicant as well will receive another one explain what is missing on his/her application (ex.Medicals, Police Certificate, etc..). Good luck.

    hi, we have almost the same timeline.I sent out my application on June 07th and they received on June 11st. We got the email on October 16Th.Now we have to wait for them to look on our application, although I don't know in QUebec. Good luck.

    No, they will still look at your application and can ask for additional docs. You will have to send and they will put it together with your application, it may delay it but you don't have to go in line again. You only know that you are approve and they don't need anything whrn you get AIP.
