visa office of my fsw application is in port of Spain too far. Cost a lot of fortune to send docs plus passport. They only have regular mails which takes 2 weeks. you can go to dmp who provides e medical. No I'd photo needed. They will take your photo right there. More convenient 3 days they can upload it right away.

I notice from Oct - Nov applicants certain NOC Job codes are being prioritized. Not really based on date of appltn received. There are still Aug - Oct applicants waiting for their medical requests. there are mid November applicants got their medical request already. This is just my analysis...
