I am from Nigeria. I ve been in the Canada for almost years. I applied for PR under the H & C grounds. I was just wondering if someone who gets PR under that category is allowed to travel back to their home country or not.

I believe it says on CIC that if its been over the processing time they put on their website and you have not received any reply that you should call CIC or the Visa office handling your PR application. Call them and hear what they have to say. Good luck :)
