hi violetdash, yes, you do need IELTS. before, it was not required, however, april of 2010 if i am not mistaken, the MPNP already required that applicants should undergo this exam.

hello sunshine, the PR application forms are in the website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-application.asp there may be country-specific instructions for the check list. you have to read carefully instructions in your approval letter (LOA).
