it depends on how many jobs you had that matched your NOC, if you had 3 jobs for example, one is a minimum since they need a 1 year program eligibility, but it would be always better to pamper them with reference letters ;p

CIC did not ask about the letters, but it would be better if you gather them from now to show them that you are really prepared so that they asses your eligibility faster

okay, well i did some calculations, turns out if you think of it you just completed your 4years and 11months work experience, so next month you will have additional points! this is my case! turned out i achieved 2 years and 11 months as of February ! Best of luck!
