Actually, that's in the "Eligibility" section, so that says nothing about your interview. You have to look at Notes in the 2nd last page of the report where it says something like "Interview waiver recommended"

This cannot be understated. If you can read & write English/French, you DON'T need a lawyer. They cost a huge amount of money and can't influence/expedite the process in any way. So I don't really see the value. A lot of people think they are professional so they know what they're doing, but...

Waitinforeva, this is absolutely ridiculous. You must be crazy for believing for even a sec that this is true, yet want to tell everyone as if you get some joy out of it. Stop spreading B.S on the forum, this isn't a joke.
