sam2canda, When I called them(NC) they took my emailid and send me the pdf(Application to review...).I filled that form and send it to them along with finger print card with my finger prints,with proper amount of Money order. Virgo

I did called FBI today evening I got the same response saying that it will take 8to10 week after they received the fingerprints.I mention that it is been 8 weeks in my case.She said I can call any time later to check the status.To me it sounds it gonna be late for sure.I hope not! Virgo

Appu, I just read one more time that you applied in Dec 2008. For sure give them call tell that you got file number Feb2009 and applied in 2008 Dec or mail them asking for the status.DO IT for sure. Virgo

Appu, Some of the applicants got their nomination with out asking for any pay-stub/I-797 . You can mail them or call them to check your file status if you really worried.Guess there is nothing much to worry Virgo
