No, noting mentioned in the letter. But should be open to public, there is still no ceremony date for Aug. 14 in their web site. :-\

Hi Test was at 1pm. I did not see and no idea why there is no time in their web site, they have ceremony at Aug. 15 instead that has been canceled. should wait for their update. Pretty sure your letters are in the way. :)
