I'm wondering how comes they spend so long in accessing the eligibility, which is just working experiences under CEC. If it's ok, it will be obvious, otherwise, they just reject.

I've seen your post about procedural fairness for misrepresentation in canadavisa. did the letter say that they concern about misrepresentation? or the letter have any word of misrepresentation?
I got my first notes on march and it also shows before November! After November, nothing. And eligibility review required. Security not started, but this should be the very last step

I got CEC minimum requirement 'Review Required' in my 'general review' section in October. I got CIC phone call regarding with my eligibility in December, and then nothing happens until now.

I have the same issue. My aor is September 10, 2016. And from my notes I saw that the eligibility was ' review required' since October. I received a phone call from CIC officer in December, and then nothing happened until today
I got AOR on Sep,2016. I checked my CGMS note and it shows my criminal started on Sept,27,2016, and it was still in progress until March,20,2017. I don't understand why.
this is my 9th month on express entry. I asked the CIC and they said that it's still BGIP. it's weird. I always think that BG should be the easiest step for people under 30. I don't have any criminal, no military and government experience. why so slow....
