My lawyer received on 16-Jun but they sent me the email today.

With god's grace, I have received my PER. Admins, please update the sheet. CC charged - 5-Jun PER Received - 16-Jun (my lawyer sent me an email update today) UCI is also in the same email that came from CIC on 16-Jun. Lets hope there are many more good news to follow from other member eagerly...

Maybe..CIC is doing something which is not clear....on 1 hand CC/DD charge for 1112 and 2174 is not happening and other hand they are not reporting 300 cap for these NOCs...hmmm...something is fishy... ;D

I was told that they will inform me only after they get the AOR..which I believe is later stage in the process...so m a little confused.

Anyone who has gor PER has used David Cohen as their attorney? If yes, after how long where they able to tell that PER email has been received?

When you order duplicate report at the bottom of the page it shows $30 electronic access fee for CIC to be able to view your report. As long as you saw that you should be good to go.

Guys ...Caps have been updated.....it says 2174 as 7 :)

Does anyone know what would be the guessestimate on the processing time for FSW 2013 applications. The CIC site says 16 months but this seems to be old info. Also, I read somewhere that for 2013 CIC expects the processing time to be faster.
