We are hoping after IRRC request of updated forms next is biometrics but looks like they will send another letter to employers for updated NOA. It's always a waiting game for this new pilot and I don't see anyone yet that was given a a letter for biometrics and medical outside Canada.

We still did not received any request yet from IRRC. We sent everything except NOA 2020. Applicant sent all requested documents 2nd wk of August. Anyone in this group still waiting like me?

Th Your employer should mention on the letter why they chose to hire you not anybody else who is here in Canada. They can say they chose to hire you bec of your child care experiences and that they can trust you with their kids because you are related to them.

I saw a letter from IRCC it stated that they need updated letter and new offer of employment form. Did you sent that updated letter stating why your employer is hiring you? They should mention that to that updated letter to be sent together with the offer of employment.

I am not sure about this letter, maybe they need an updated letter coming from your employer stating why they still need to hire you as their caregiver after waiting for a long time and also detailed caregiver's job description.
